Design & Construct – 23 Lot Industrial Subdivision
- Assembly and management of a design team of external professionals to provide design documentation for all aspects of the subdivision.
- General earthworks.
- Road and drainage network incorporating a mix of open swale drains and underground drainage infrastructure.
- Retarding basin providing storage of excessive stormwater flows resulting from the creation of the subdivision.
- Provision of all services including gas, sewer and water reticulation, NBN and electricity.
- External to the site, construction of passing lane, deceleration lanes and left and right turning lanes to VicRoads requirements.
- Managing authority approvals to enable project delivery in line with the construction program.
- Managing a team of workers whilst adhering to Covid-19 social distancing requirements.
