With innovative ideas, our commitment to environmentally sensitive projects was recognised in 2013, receiving the CCF Earth Awards – Catergory 1 Winner (Victoria).

During his 30 plus years in the civil construction industry there isn’t much Alex hasn’t seen or done. He is our go to man for authority liaison.

Supervisor
Starting his working life as a diesel mechanic Andrew quickly moved into a site supervisory role where he has been working for over 10 years.
Anthony Weir
Fleet Manager
Anthony manages our machinery fleet making sure it is always available and in good working order. He also manages operators and subcontractors on site when required.
Jackson Thomas
Civil Engineer
Jackson is very much a hands-on engineer working on site arranging and managing safe and successful estate project outcomes.
Richard Wood
Senior Design Engineer
Richard is a seasoned design engineer with over 25 years’ experience in design and conception now focussing on project delivery.
Mark Borwick
Underground Services Specialist
Mark has over 25 years’ experience in the installation of tight tolerance underground services, in particular, sewer and watermains.
Helene O’Reilly
Administration
Helene has been with Lake and Land for over 10 years and looks after all of the business administration and coordination functions.
